A SIIMDA Soul Care Intensive Healing Retreat is a gathering of individuals, who meet as the body Christ with an openness to God’s invitation and desire to heal. Let’s be honest, we are all impacted by suffering. Life’s storms have a tendency to leave us feeling beaten, battered and bruised. Pain can dictate our lives and we often cope by engaging in unhealthy, and even, harmful means, which only perpetuates our suffering. Our brains and nervous system are adversely affected. As a result, many experience impairment, loss of enjoyment, crisis of faith, and lack of purposeful meaning in life. However, there is hope. Healing is possible!
However, to heal, we all need a safe haven where we can compassionately tend to our wounds, express our hurts, process our pains and heal our traumas.
